The location was excellent, a 10-15 minute walk from Gallery Kawafune. It was functional, compact and on top floors. Though some of the staff were very rude, I had a GOOD stay.

Respectable venue, with great pool and handy location to the main Tokyo rail station. Location really close to the DON K store which is directly opposite the GARDEN, Ginza, right in the center of things and most areas of interest.

Loved our rooms with three single beds. There were coffee and cell provided. The hotel's location was exceptionally nice, right by the the Shinbashi train station, highly recommended and palace & gardens.

It is a great location, just 2 blocks from Shimbashi station and the rooms are fine and slightly larger than what you would expect in Japan.

Close to Ginza shopping district:)))
The location was magnificent and stunning, easy to follow from the airport. It was very close to Shimbashi metro station, Ginza commercial center, and Subway.

Apparently, it's an old hotel. The repairs were quite a long time ago, the plumbing's outdated.

The staff were wonderfully helpful and genuinely helpful. the location was comfortable and ideal, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a traditional wholesale market. A pleasant stay during a business trip at Ginza Grand Hotel. the staff were so genuinely helpful and accommodating. the hotel's location was perfect, just a short 10-15 minutes' walk from a traditional wholesale market. The proximity to Shimabshi station and to Ginza shopping and business district is phantastic: walking distance. For Tokyo, the price is very attractiv. Room size small when compared with international standards, but quite large for Japanese standards. Free (high-speed) internet access.
The lobby is on the second floor, and thera are no chairs for waiting (just a hard bench). The breakfast was not included in the price, and is terribly expensive. (But there is a food store just around the corner to buy your yoghurt...) Early check-in after overseas flight was not possible.

The staff here is super friendly, and the location is amazing. the restaurant nearby serves incredible food. the room is spacious, and the bathroom is a good size. They offer a wide variety of breakfast options, which is awesome! 🌟
